Accounts and rental requests
Rental requests store your account identifier, exact requested name, selected scope, quoted price and review history. Only you and the openlaunch operator can access your requests. Domain holders do not receive your account information merely because you request their domain.
Accounts and rentals
Clerk handles sign-in. openlaunch links your account to rental rights, accepted offer versions, reservations, billing references, and audit events. Stripe hosts payment entry; openlaunch stores billing references and service state rather than card details.
DNS access
Domain-holder Cloudflare tokens are encrypted on the server. Renters receive only records and controls in their own permitted scope. Provider credentials are never returned in renter or holder portfolio data.
Service records
Payment event identifiers, task outcomes, requested and observed DNS state, and audit records support service recovery and billing reconciliation. DNS record values can be publicly visible. Do not submit sensitive personal data in DNS values or operational notes.
Service providers
The service is built with Vercel for application hosting, Convex for backend data and operations, Clerk for sign-in, Stripe for payments, and Cloudflare for DNS. Payment entry takes place in Stripe Checkout; it is separate from DNS access.
